School Age CHAPS Enrollment Forms
Before & After School Programs
For HPS students in Grades K-4
Before School Program
7:00am-8:20am
$50.00 per week
After School Program
Dismissal until 5:30pm
$100.00 per week (4 or 5 days)
$75.00 per week (3 days)
$50.00 per week (2 days)
*days must be consistent each week.
Annual Registration Fee
$100.00
For programs- July 1, 2023- June 30, 2024
Additional Information
After School will run dismissal (11:40am) until 5:30pm. Children enrolled in After School CHAPS are eligible to attend if the half day falls on their regularly scheduled day. No additional charge.
After School Programs will run at their designated location from 8:00am-5:30pm.*
*If your child is also enrolled in Before School you are eligible to drop off starting at 7:00am.
Children enrolled in After School CHAPS may attend on their regularly scheduled days for no additional charge. If you need additional days, you can request to add them for an additional fee.
PLEASE NOTE- All After School families will be billed tuition during vacation weeks regardless to if your child attends.
*Before school only families will not be billed this week*

Summer Deposits
A $20.00 deposit is required for each summer week that you sign up for. Each deposit will be credited back to your account for the coordinating summer week’s tuition.
