CHAPS collaborates with Hudson Public Schools to offer a unique part-day, inclusionary preschool program at the Hubert School. Designed for children aged 2 years and 9 months to 5 years, this program provides both social and academic opportunities in a nurturing and engaging environment.

The part-day preschool fosters social growth through activities such as arts and crafts, free play, story time, and gross motor activities in both outdoor playgrounds and indoor spaces. The program follows the Massachusetts Curriculum Standards and incorporates specialized curriculums, including Handwriting Without Tears, Get Set for School, and The Letter People, to support early learning.

CHAPS utilizes the Procare system to ensure effective communication with families, manage attendance, and share daily updates, including photos of the school day.

Transportation to and from the Hubert School is arranged by caregivers, though students with a transportation plan through Hudson Public Schools will follow their designated plan.

With a team of CHAPS teachers, Hudson Public Schools educators, and specialists on-site, the program provides a collaborative environment where children can grow, thrive, and access the full range of resources offered at the Hubert School.
